The Woodville project is a stunning example of industrial design at its finest. This renovation transformed the space with its concrete floors, timber veneer finishes, and striking Black Dekton splashbacks and benchtops, creating a modern and cohesive look throughout the home.

One of the standout features of this project is the innovative use of LED lighting, which adds both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The floor-to-ceiling pivot door is a bold architectural statement, seamlessly integrating the different areas of the home. Additionally, the hidden TV unit provides a sleek and uncluttered look, maintaining the minimalist industrial aesthetic.

The kitchen is a true highlight, featuring bold veneer columns at each end that create a dramatic visual impact. The shark nose grain-matched handles add a touch of sophistication, while the integrated bin, dishwasher, and rangehood ensure a seamless and clutter-free appearance. This kitchen is not only beautiful but also highly functional, designed to meet the needs of modern living.

In the bathroom, a large mirror framed by timber veneer with integrated LED lighting creates a striking focal point. The ample drawer storage below ensures that the space is as practical as it is stylish, making it a perfect blend of form and function.

One of the unique aspects of this project is the thoughtful transition from old to new. The TV unit drops down to reveal the timber veneer linens, and the most important fridge in the house is proudly displayed. This careful consideration of design elements ensures that the renovation feels cohesive and harmonious.

Being a renovation, the project presented some challenges, particularly with uneven flooring and walls. However, meticulous preparation during the check measure stage allowed us to address these issues effectively, ensuring a flawless finish. The collaboration with Ply Architecture and Nelson Built was instrumental in overcoming these obstacles and bringing the vision to life.

Overall, the Woodville project is a testament to the power of thoughtful design and careful execution. It showcases how industrial elements can be combined with modern features to create a space that is both stylish and functional. This renovation not only met but exceeded expectations, resulting in a home that is truly a work of art.
